The Rural Payments Agency (RPA) has announced that the deadline for notifying them of permanent ineligible features which have not previously been mapped has been extended to 30 September 2015. This means farmers can concentrate on submitting their Basic Payment Scheme application to meet the June 15th deadline. Applicants still need to split the field and account for the permanent ineligible feature as NA01 in column C7 of the BP5 form and adjust the eligible area in C4 accordingly.
