ARINACKAIG TRAINING This was hosted by the Matheson family: Finlay, wife Fiona and son Roddy. A great day for weather, unseasonably warm. Ten professionals attended from various organisations: John Muir Trust, RSPB, Coigach and Assynt Living Landscape, SNH, Highland Council. All felt that the course strongly exceeded their expectations and would like to learn more in depth. The hospitality at Finlay's croft was commented on by all. Thanks to Finlay and his wife for hosting the day, explaining their crofting system for making the participants feel comfortable.

The traing was developeed and piloted by the Foundation for COmmon Land, it is delivered by the Scottish Crofting Federation and funded by theĀ  Prince's Countryside Fund..
