The Environment, Food and Rural Affairs Committe  (EFRA) of the House of Commons has asked us to submit information about the problems commoners are facing regarding their BPS 2015 payment on the common. These are outlined in the letter below along with a suggested  action plan for RPA to resolve these issues.

EFRA will be taking oral evidence from Mark Grimshaw, Chief Executive, Rural Payments Agency and Paul Caldwell, Operational Delivery Director, RPA on November 22 nd at 2.15pm. It will be interesting to hear what they say.
